The waterproof ID card stores the following information:
Attach the Pet ID Tag to your dog's collar in 4 simple steps
Step 1 - Slip collar fitting through the first stretch ring.
Step 2 - Feed collar through the first stretch ring and insert collar fitting through second stretch ring.
Step 3 - Slide the Designer Pet ID tag to the desired location on the collar.
Step 4 - Complete the required information on the waterproof ID card and insert card into the ID pocket inside the pet ID tag.
