Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Most orders ship within 24 hours and you will get a "Shipping Confirmation" email when you order has been packaged. If order tracking is provided, it will be located in your Shipping Confirmation email.
Q: What are your shipping costs? (US and Canada ) A: All orders are processed and shipped ASAP via USPS. Delivery Confirmation is included with all orders over $15.00

We now ship Worldwide! First Class Mail starts at only $3.50 for orders under $50. Priority and Express options are also available at checkout. Q: How long before my order is shipped? A: We strive to keep all products in stock and ship your order out ASAP - within 24 hours. Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders will not ship if payment has not been received.
Q: How waterproof are your ID products? A: All of our products are 100% waterproof including the ID card that is kept inside. Unlike many other ID products, Vital ID's can be used while swimming in the pool or ocean and can withstand hours of immersion.
Q: How do I know what size to order? A: The sizing recommendations for each product are listed on the corresponding product page. They are also adjustable.
Q: Is it easy to update my information card for my Vital ID product? A: Very easy, all of our ID products are supplied with two spare cards that allows you to update your information should your emergency contacts or medical details change. To update the product you simply discard the original ID card and complete and insert one of the the spare cards. Additional blank ID cards can be purchased on our website also.
Q: How reflective are the SPORT ID products? A: All of our "Sports ID" products feature genuine 3M Scotchlite® reflective material which provides excellent light reflective properties in low light conditions.
Q: Can I use any pen to fill out my ID information? A: The ID cards are compatible with a wide range of pens types from permanent markers through to ball-point pens. However, for long-term retention and clarity of your ID information we recommend the use of an ultra-fine tipped permanent marker such as a Sharpie Ultra-fine.
