Vital IDs from Belly Charms Return Policy

All products are inspected prior to shipping, but customers have 48 hrs from receiving the shipment to notify us by e-mail or phone with any defects found in products. If you find a fault please contact us immediately. Products are to be returned, at the customers expense and customer will receive full credit for shipping once the defect is confirmed.

All returns must be in their original packaging with a note clearly stating the defect found in the product.  All returns will be replaced with a new item as soon as the defective item is received. Refunds or exchanges are not given for unwanted orders or incorrect sizing/color choice.  Please note the sizing & color options on the product page and your choice on the order form prior to finalizing your order. 

If incorrect shipping information is given and your order is shipped to the wrong address, you will be charged another shipping fee for the item to be shipped again.  Please verify your address on your receipt is correct.  If a mistake is found, please contact us immediately at vitalids@aol.com or (561) 271-7952. Most orders are processed and ship within 24 hours.
